Intermediate Architect

We are seeking a candidate with 1 to 3 years of full-time architectural office experience, to assist on an array of projects from Design development to Construction administration. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of professional work experience in Design development and Construction document phases
• Ability to lead documentation of small to medium scaled projects and capable of detailing and producing construction documents
• Construction administration and specification experience are plus
• Proficiency of ArchiCAD, 3ds MAX, V-Ray, AutoCAD is a big plus
• Strong rendering skills
